"Terrible Customer Service. Scammed."
I ordered a Timex japan exclusive watch, buying process went fine, shipping process went fine, but when the watch arrived, the indigo backlight did not work. That day I emailed customer support to request a return. Customer support (Janelle) asked me to send videos and photos of the watch and shipping package. I did that and received no response. I tried to email 2 days later to get an update and I received an automated response from my email server saying I was blocked. I then went onto the website to fill out a customer support form to get in contact with them, and customer support (Janelle again) told me to send photos and videos again. I again sent the required documentation, waited a few days and received no response. I sent a follow up email and forwarded the photos and videos again. Customer support then responded and said “We are sorry to have to tell you that the shop can no longer accept returns because they exceeded 14 days after the item arrives.”
I sent the original email on December 31st. I sent first follow up email Jan 2nd, attempted multiple emails on January 9th that were returned to sender, and then filled out a the form online. In my view they purposely let the 14 day window expire in order to not allow a return/exchange. Will never do business with them again, and will tell everyone who will listen to not use them either.
